If your loved one has passed or is facing end-of-life, we’ll explain eligibility, arrange in-state transport, and handle paperwork and cremation at no cost to your family.
Note: Timing and amount of cremains can vary. We’ll set clear expectations.
How Acceptance Is Decided
Eligibility is determined case-by-case with a brief screening. Many medical conditions are accepted. We’ll walk you through the process and answer your questions.
We’re a local program serving families across Southern Arizona. When you work with SWIBA, you’ll speak with our team directly—not a distant call center.
We follow established standards for respect and ethical practices. Our program is a member of NADO (North American Donor Alliance) and AATB (American Association of Tissue Banks).
We’re available 24/7 to answer questions, complete screenings, and coordinate next steps with compassion and clarity.
